All appointments with our studio require a deposit that will be deducted from the cost of the services rendered upon completion.

We at Nocturne Studios understand that life is unpredictable and that things happen that require you to reschedule your appointment. Please know that any deposit you have with us will always be transferable to a new appointment as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice about your need to reschedule.

Deposits are only refunded in the form of a gift certificate in the amount of the initial deposit. This policy is non-negotiable.
